I am only waiting for confirmation of the 4x cell panics which will also be given free of charge, and as soon as I receive a confirmation I will keep you posted The technical team has been booked and will come and show you how the alarm works.
I have also addressed the concern of response time and we will be monitoring your responses ensuring our response team attend to you requests as quick as possible.
As a valued customer please do not hesitate to contact the office if not satisfied with our service delivery.
To date we still have not received the panic buttons. The technical team has still not arrived.
We had to request the Technical Team to call on us - had to pay them and apparently we will have to pay an additional R462-00 for them to come out again.
Needless to say - no security - no service and only empty promises.
