Debit order still going through after cancellation

I have raised this issue with ADT before. In terms of my service agreement a 30 day notice period must be given to cancel the contract. I gave the 30 days notice months ago and still the debit order is being put through. All of the equipment is ready for ADT's collection. Must this be raised with the ombudsman before anything will happen?
