ADT NOT DOING THEIR JOB

I have recently sighned a contract with ADT security and asked for some requirements.
The consultant agreed to all my requirements.
I have had my alarm from the 25 July 2013 and nothing has been done.
I have phoned the customer call centre, technical customer call centre and the consultant and nothing gets done. All three says will get back to us and we are still waiting. I am very unhappy with ADT Security.
