This is now the third time my allarm whent off and I had no response from ADT. Every time I phone to find out whats the problem the say they didn't received a signal. When I ask them to come an check whats the problem they transfer my call and hang up on me. This is now the third time!!! How do I cancel my ADT Account!!! They do not worry about their clients and I will recommend anybody else where!! I do not feel safer with ADT only poorer!!
