I'M SORRY I BOTHERED TO DO BUSINESS WITH ADT

I paid ADT more than R4000 to install an alarm system, they promised delivery within 5 days by the 6th day the sales consultant called 20 minutes before they were due to arrive to advise they botched my order and would only be there the following week. I escalated this to the Branch Manager who miraculously could get them to install the system the next day after I sent an e-mail to Rob Dale (MD) which I suspect he never got but the threat alone was good enough I presume. After the alarm was installed did I discover that they sales consultant Cobus had not recorded my requirements correctly. I raised the issue with the Branch Manager Verena Hulme who has now come back to me basically stating that I am in the wrong, a very bad customer and that her sales person is wonderful.
I am sitting with an alarm system where my entire house has been armed except my bedroom - where I sleep at night and I cannot activate or deactivate zones in specified areas of the house. I have proven the sales person and branch manager incompetent but I guess I have to be the MD, Mr Rob Dale to be taken seriously.
ADT - customers are the reason you exist, not your MD/Branch Manager/Employees
