On Wednesday the 13th of November I phoned the call centre to request for a sales rep to be send to me because I am in the process of purchasing an additional property and need ADT to give me a quote on the new property. Seeing that I am an existing client I thought it make sense to keep all my security with one company. I was promised that a sales rep will come out to the property the morning of the 15th of November 2013. No one ever came out and no one phoned. Friday afternoon the 15th of November I phoned again to follow up what has happened. I spoke to a lady in technical department by the name of Samantha who promised that she was going to see if she can get a sales rep to come out on the same day still. Because of my bad service experience I basically begged her to please phone even if the sales rep can't make it today so that I have an answer at least. Not to my surprise, its Monday morning and still no one from ADT phoned. As an existing client this is very concerning and due to time not being on my side I will have to consider alternatives now and this would be for both my properties. I seriously can't believe I have to beg someone to part with my money to pay there salary
