Dear Sir

On Wednesday 24th July 2013 at 18h53, my son was held up - armed - and was shot at, as we have ADT security he pressed the panic button to alert the security company, but they took two hours and twenty minutes to respond to an activation, by this time someone had taken him to the Pretoria East hospital for medical assistance. I also called there emergency number for life threatening emergencies three times, with no luck, whilst holding on for 15 min from a landline and calling twice from my cell phone. They failed to answer any of the calls or to respond to the activation of the panic alarm.

The problem is that we are paying these people (ADT) a service to look after our lives, which they do not deliver on, they are a service industry business and are supposed to be rendering a service working with peoples lives and I would like answers.

I did ask ADT for a full investigation, but as usual they just keep blame shifting and no one gives you any answers or any names of who a person can contact. Or even get back to you on how far they are with the investigation.
