November 2012 we joined ADT. (home and the Restaurant we own) The service at both has been terrible. The alarm at the Restaurant was not working for more than 2 weeks, there has not been an alarm code at the house for more than 3 months and ADT has not come to the party. The shops's door could not close and we requested a guard be put on the premises... this did not happen. There is no ADT presence in the area. I sent an email stating I wanted to terminate my contract, as I got a better quote from a Company who was in the area constantly ADT responded by telling me they could not meet the quote and I could not cancel and that they would send someone to sort out the code at home. This has still not happened. However 3 weeks after my request to cancel or have my premium reduced, I received an sms from ADT inviting me to join them at a rate almost half of what I am currently paying. I have received no call except for one on a friday afternoon after 4 telling me they can now change the code. I was not home and requested to be called the next day. No one has made contact since. This is the poorest services I have ever received, and feel someone should take responsability..
