ADT not responding to alarm as agreed

1. I have stated in the agreement that when my alarm goes off they must call the guards that look afterthe complex and immediately phone me about the incidence. The call centre fails to follow the instruction by just calling the guards and not calling me also. I have spoken to them about this on more than 5 occassions and they promise to get it right but they never do. I wrote a letter threatening to cancel my contract as a result of this and the area manager intevened and promised that it will never happen again. Hardly a week later the same thing happened again.
2. They sent a patrol guard that came to my place and found 3 men in the garden of which one was me. He just asked if everything is Ok and I said yes and he walked away. No confirmation of ID regarding whether we are authorised to be there. This is not what we agreed on the contract as the guard has to verify the identity of the people at the house by use of a secret code.

I have written to ADT again that I am cancelling my contract as a result of these and I am told about the duration of the outstanding contract. I believe that ADT has breached this contract in many ocassions giving me a right to cancel this contract
