I have the following issues with ADT and their management.

After receiving phone calls and a sms that my account is in arrears I tried phoning the number they specified just to find out the number doesn't work. 011 321 4555. When i finally (having made 8calls 15min each) reached someone they realised there were two account one being R4000 in credit and the other one R2000 debit so ADT owed me money but they claimed we owed them??

I schedule work to be done at my premises and confirming with the operator that they will be able to do the required work and they even confirmed with the ADT technicians. The technician gets on site, after cancelling the first appointment and arriving late for the second he tells me he cannot program the zone ID. But yet ADT charges me the full price for half the work after they confirmed that they will be able to do the work?

Trying to get hold of any of the managers is simply impossible and ADT is not living up to their mission "always there" I will never again make use of ADT.
