Website doesn't work

Many basic functions no longer seem to work on FNB's website. Since they update the look it has simply never been the same. Certain buttons don't work on iPad, OTP's do not arrive, reset password doesn't work, I spent ages calling, was told I would be charged a R50 fee for speaking to an operator, and still no-one could help. I then took my mom to the branch where she waited in a queue for an hour just to have someone help her with this. The following day we find we can still not log on to the site due to some glitch where you have to agree to the terms of service and enter an OTP... no OTP arrives. Give us back the old site or at least an option on which one to use, the new one is simply not functional. I expect to be contacted and refunded the the two calls of R50 each if it has been levied and extensive airtime cost, all because their web team can't do their job.
