I enrolled with damelin correspondence college in late 2009, paid a R2000 cash deposit and signed a 6 month payment agreement after receiving approved credit, I have the deposit slip, the 6 months bank statements showing debit and the payment plan between me and damelin, yet in late 2010 I start receiving sms and emails stating I owe R2000, I want into Damelin newton park port Elizabeth in 2011, showed them the proof that I never owed anything and they jumped on the phone and I spoke to a lady from accounts and she asured Me it's resolved, then in 2012 the letters of demand started again and I contacted NCRA / ICG emailed them the proof of never owing a sent and again stated its resolved, but every month like clock work I get email.s and sms's stating that if I do not pay they will hand me over to a credit bureau... that's when Ingred Thorne from damelin NCRA ICG started handling the case, have emailed her how many times the proof of payment, finally in 2013 via email she confirmed she received the proof and will be allocating it and correcting my credit status, yet nothing happened, I have all the proof.
