ADT not always there

I have signed a contract with Heidi for security system to be activated in my new house. Heidi advised that the system is fine. When we armed the system was not arming we, we pressed panic buttons, someone in the control room advised that there is a technical problem. From the begging of July to date my system is still not fixed. I have been put to pillar to post however no assistance. As I speak, they already broke in my house my plasma and ipad. I am frustrated. I want this contract to be terminated. I cannot afford to have business with incompetent company- bad service. Haidi said she will call me from yesterday till not i am still waiting her phone rings and goes to voice mail. tell me about it.
