My information was loaded incorrectly, resulting in me being unable to register on the website. My wife phoned the call centre to rectify the information, but they were unwilling to assist her and insisted that I should phone them myself. Due to my work circumstances, I am not allowed to take or make phone calls during office hours. I am now being inconvenienced for their errors and lack of support. Surely they should check the information for errors after being loaded?
