In April I got a cartrack unit, they deducted R957, I phoned and spoke to Lettie, we came to an agreement that they will only deduct again in July monthly as the R957 was for 3 months. In May they deducted R319, I phoned and the lady I spoke to said that Lettie will phone me back, I am still waiting, I went to my bank and reversed the debit order. This month they were suppose to deduct on the 15th but they didn't, again I had to phone them. The lady I spoke to said that she will put it up for payment, so I advised her to change the debit order date to the 20th. Then on Friday I got an sms to say my account is in arrears, I mean really, who is at fault if they do not put it up for payment as they were supposed to do on the 15th. Again I phoned Lettie as the sms advised me to and I told her she must check on the system I spoke to someone already. So on Monday they deducted R957 again, instead of R319. This was not the agreement, Lettie said in April that it will go monthly as from July. I am so fed up, they are waisting my time and money, phone call after phone call.
