Took my vehicle in on 9 July to have a Netstar Cyber-sleuth upgrade. The weekend after receiving the vehicle back noticed that the jack was missing. Called the Netstar offices in Rustenburg to report and request them to find the item in their workshop. To date have not had the courtesy of a response or feedback regarding what they would do to rectify the situation.
