I recently moved into a house currently in the process of being 'inherited' and so there was some confusion with executors supposing to pay bills and not doing it - in Dec 2012 we found out the ADT account was in arrears and the (new) owner paid the whole amount on 6 Dec. On 14 Jan ADT sms'ed to say the account was suspended. My first complaint: Accounts close at 4pm (and no-one else can help you). Complaint no 2: The payment of 6 Dec was not captured on 14 Jan. Complaint no 3: The next day I also paid Dec and Jan subscription and e-mailed to Annette Klopper and asked to let me know when activated, she confirmed she received the proof of payment and I explained I was attacked 6 months ago and really want my armed reaction activated... nothing. Complaint no 4: One week later my alarm 'goes off' and no-one phones, I realize my account is still not activated?!?
ADT, your service is SOOOOO bad, I wish you did not have this monopoly in Pretoria because you don't deserve it! How can you take my money every month for 10 years but not help me when I have a small problem? And I am supposed to trust you will help when my life is in danger??
