Chubb not refunding incorrect debit orders

I cancelled the services of Chubb Security due to bad service. I removed their radio transponder and gave it to the woman that called in for it. They then charged me R 285.00 for the removal of the radio. I phoned and they confirmed that this was a mistake and would refund me the money.
I queried this with Indreshni. Then on:
6/5/2013 I phoned and spoke to Polisa. She was doing Indreshni's work whilst she was on honeymoon. She said that she would sort it out but that it would take seven days.
31/5/2013 I phoned and spoke to Indreshni. She knows of it and will come back to me soonest.
10/6/2013 Phoned Indreshni. She will phone me back within five minutes. She didnt.
10/6/2013 Phoned Indreshni again. She was working on it and would come back to me soonest.
12/6/2013 Phoned Indreshni. The refund has been processed and will be paid into my account by latest Friday 14th June.
24/6/2013. Phoned Indreshni. She knows about it and is confused as to why it has not been paid. She will check and phone me back within five minutes. She has not!!!
