So after going going back and forth between std bank and chubb and fnb, we finally found out that the money had been sent back to fnb and they are now to reimburse me however i am still waiting on the funds to be paid back in doing so i have asked Chubb to please put the account on hold for me as i cannot pay double for my neighbour and mine right now as i am financially not in the position too and soon as i get the money i will pay it. The are telling me no they cannot assist and if the account is not paid then they will cancel the alarm accoutn and remove the radio and charge me for it.!! i have been a client of Cubb for 7 years and this is what i get in return.. I have paid the account but its not my fault that they closed their bank account with any knowledge to the clients and now i have to struggle to get the money back.
