This is my second complaint now on the same story, still waiting for "MANAGEMENT TEAM" to contact us on first complaint, this is how much you care about customers, no wonder people is cancelling with you. I cancelled my contract with you people 3 months ago, i have send many emails all over and not getting any response from you people. You took R594.85 last month off my account and again R364.00 this month. MY CONTRACT IS CANCELLED WITH YOU PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY AND CANCEL ANY FUTURE DEBIT ORDERS!!! How many times must i still ask this? You owe me now R958.85 already.
