IM A VERY DISAPPOINTED FNB CUSTOMER
I have been struggling to sort out that has happened on my credit card on the 2 Aug and again on the 2 Sep. I eventually managed to cancel my credit card but i have sent through numerous emails and phone calls trying to get the debit order stopped or cancelled (as dep advised this was a debit order set up)
I also sent through all the documents on the 2 September and sent through requests for feedback and I have called the call centre 15 times, I still havent recieved any responses nor has the debit order been cancelled nor have I been refunded for the amounts.
I have not nor have i ever signed up for any sort of online training that is the description of the transactions which have come off on the 2 Aug for an amount of R1026.88 and then again on the 2 Sep for an amount of R1051.55, and im worried it will probably come off again today!
please can someone urgently get back to me today as a result of no feedback for 2 months has called for this complaint - Im very irate and if money not refunded and the debit order not cancelled by Friday I will go to the ombudsmen!!
