To date there has been 5 smartflight debit orders from my bank account and when querying I'm told by the bank that I need to come in each time to have the debits reversed as they are not responsible for debit orders to my account.
I am not sure how smartflight got my banking details but debit orders ranging from R50 to R250 are being debited from my account and it costs me to take time off from work to have these debits reversed and a stop order to be put on the debit only to find that it happens again.
I need some guidance on how to prevent this from reoccurring or who the smartflight contact persons are to permanently cancel this transactions...
Urgently in need of feedback and guidance.
