Time to change

Had an issue last night, the lady working at my internet cafe pushed the panic button about 7:35pm i got a call from the ladies mom at 8:00pm saying shes called the police because adt had not responded, i rushed there from edenvale the police arrived about 5 minutes later and sorted the issue out my brother arrived from pretoria and then... AT 9:00pm a response guard arrived from ADT
Now tell me where do i stand. I signed a year contract but this is definately throwing money away

My complaint last week about being charged for adt reinstallation mess up has still not being resolved
