ADT Steals My Money, Just Like Other!

I hop the headline grabbed ADT's attention which refers to Ticket: E9AF09551A5A8. You guys took money out of my account after I had specifically given you boot as 2 weeks had passed since the day I signed up with ADT and subsequently waited to be linked up to your control room. I moved over to Chubb which came out on the promised day to link us up (what a pleasure)..

I informed your Margate office by phone and email that you were not to debit my account as I had decided to not make use of your service seeing that you left me unprotected for 2 weeks due to your incompetent staff forgetting to link-up a new customer after having inquired on 2 separate occasions when would we be linked to ADT.

I've been promised by Cindy that my refund request had been escalated (28th June) which was initially debited form my account on the 18th May which was almost 2 months ago. So stop being and refund my payment without further delays!
