I had a Neo-Trac tracking device fitted to my motorcycle. It was needed according to my Insurer. I sold the bike last year (2012) September. I followed all the steps to cancel my subscription but now we are in July 2013 and suddenly I get a mail from them saying I owe them R1170 due to arrears. I had to pay every month to put a stop order on my bank account just so that they do not deduct money from my account. It cost me a lot of money and still they are trying their luck with a debit order every month. According to me this is and steeling but what can we do.
