With reference to the above and my repeated requests to stop tracking on my bank account as well as you not honouring my requests to deduct debit order ONLY on the stipulated debit order date (being after 25th of each month), AGAIN, a debit order was taken off my bank account on the 20th of the month.

I am now at a point where I will take further steps to cease this illegal use of tracking on my bank account. I did not authorise this tracking, I have repeatedly requested telephonically that this tracking be removed, I have been assured that it has, yet this is repeatedly happening on the 20th of some months as soon as money appears in my account.

I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman and I will definitely not recommend your Company to any of my friends, should they ask, in addition, I will remove my policy shortly from your Company and expect a full refund of all my premiums due to your terrible service and unprofessional management of the policy.

Clientele is not my Insurer of choice and I am disgusted at your unprofessional, uncaring and illegal use of my information
