The old Matrix system worked as follows: you start the car, decide what type of trip you are going to make and press the relevant button on the remote provided. Matrix then contacted me (in January 2013) to say the unit is faulty and that they need to replace it. After this was done, I found out I now had to log on, and allocate private or business trips manually. I tried this for a number of months but it really doesn't work for me. I now want to cancel the agreement, as it is not what I signed for originally. I am however told I need to pay a R3000 cancellation amount. The upgrade agreement was signed for in November 2012, but the new unit, with the new system was only fitted in January or February 2013. The 6 month grace period is still applicable.
