Why is your service non-existant. We waited 2 weeks for a technician. None of the work we requested was done, the alarm is still not working properly and yet we have been billed. We have called 3 times to speak to a supervisor and have been told they'll call us back-still waiting. Oh, and we were cut off twice. Are you doing so well you don't need residential customers anymore?
We would really be surprised if a supervisor for the Southern Suburbs, Cape Town could find the time to call us back.
