Death bed

It is with great disbelieve that a professional institution like yourself can be so inconsiderate when it comes to student unforeseen circumstances.

I was suppose to write exam on 19 August 2013 but my father was on his death bed for the week prior to my exam and I spent most of my time with my father. My father sadly passed away the day before my exam and it was not emotionally possible for me to write the exam.

If it was not for the passing of my father I would have wrote the exam on the relevant day (19 August).

I strongly feel that it is very harsh and unsympathetic of ICB to penalise me to charge a re-registration fee for the new exam date.

Please advise the way forward concerning this matter.
