I call tracker on the 1st of July 2013 to report my car missing and was advised that I need to get a case number of which I did then when called back with case I was told imust fax a warrant after of the initial call 8 hours, I mean really what if my car has already crossed the border by then all this running around. I left the matter. Called the next day to report the car as lost was told no I must I must go to the police station bottom line I wasn't helped activate the tracker.they have been debit my account for years first time ever needing their help
