After being to on numerous occasions that my system is working, I never get phoned when testing the alarm. On calling in they tell me no alarm activated on the system. When asked to fix it I get given dates weeks ahead of this time. When I say this is unacceptable I am told it will be escalated which seems to mean it gets thrown in the rubbish pile as no one contacts us or comes round. Phoning back I am the system is working. I have been through this process 3 times. On setting off the alarm today I had exactly the same experience. When I told them I am working on week days I was told someone might be able to come on a distant weekend but I would pay extra despite the fact I have been trying to sort this out (and paying for no service) for 3 months. I also waited so long on the phone for someone to answer that I was able to make (and eat) lunch with eventually the same escalation story. I am desperately frustrated.
