Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic service from beginning to end. I placed 2 urgent calls yesterday morning for ADT management to ring me back as I had finally had enough in dealing with incompetent customer service. I have still today received NO call. Thank You Manager John Labuschagne. I must say, your customer committment leaves allot to be desired. Before I come out with the whole unbelievably terrible service I have received from ADT in the past couple of weeks, I think I will give them just one last and final chance to redeem themselves by contacting me to sort our my issues. (You'd think that I was asking them to move a mountain) but yes, that's all I want is for a competent ADT manager to call me. If this is too much to ask, then kindly contact me with regards to cancellation of your service to 3 of my properties.
