ADT Security has once again proven that they have grown too large to provide excellent customer service anymore. I have cancelled my services with ADT on the 18th of December 2013 and yet I am still been debited for services that I am no longer receiving. I have cancelled because of the pathetic service that I have received over the 40 month. Who wants to be a client of a security company that when you call them they always put you on hold and are never able to take your call, not to mention the amount of incompetent staff that have a "don't care attitude" who make up more excuses thank anything else. An apology for the pathetic service is not always acceptable.
