Within 3 hours of completing the online contact request, Jermaine had called, set up an appointment for Saturday morning 15/06/2013. He arrived on time & I was impressed with his positive & professional manner. He listened intently to my requirements & carefully measured each cavity to be secured.
The deal to install added security to all the windows, including entrance & passage was concluded on Friday evening/final measurements taken on Saturday morning 22nd. Jermaine agreed to meet my deadline-fitting the security on Tuesday morning 25 June. On Monday I received a sms informing me the name of the Team Manager, contact No and ETA for the following day.
The team arrived on time & immediately did a thorough inspection of every site to receive the added security. Jodhi & team were highly professional in both their interaction manner and the professionalism with which they conducted the installation.
Maxidor is not the cheapest - however I do not believe anyone can beat this team re professionalism & service excellence. Thank you for making me safe in my own home Jermaine and Jodhi!
