Exceptionally Bad Service

I have been a customer of chubb for many years and I was originally happy until the end of last year when I encountered a problem. They came to check my problem, faulty panic button and outside sensor was not logging off. The technician advised me to rather change to a remote panic which made sense and when he disconnected the outside sensor he showed me the wirers were all burnt, probably due to lightening damage. He took the sensor back to his office for checking and said I should contact my insurance company which I did. I told him to please give written proof that the sensor was damaged and until now I have hanging wires exposed where they removed the sensor. The guy came back a week or two later with the remote panics but still no letter or sensor. I phoned them several times even spoke to the Manager Andrew who promised to come back to me, still nothing. Now 21st June I encountered another problem in that the board wont arm as another zone is blocking the board. We phoned Chubb and still nothing. Its the 26th June and still nothing. This must be the worst caring security company I have come across, we now have no protection and they don't care.
