Just over a week ago I spoke to ADT after my complaint on hellopeter, I requested that my contract be canceled, the installation fee of the alarm be refunded and my last 5 months premiums be refunded.
Yet they still seem to think it is ok to let someone else handle it.
I am sorry, but that is not how service works.
6 months with a faulty alarm and not being covered by my insurance as the alarm is not in full working condition.
This is extremely unfair to anyone!
