Deceitful and exceptionally poor service

I have moved from ADT security company to Chubb after a consultant, named Dennis Munnik, came to see me and made substantial promises on the good service that one receive from Chubb. This could not be further from the truth..

Chub upgraded my existing alarm system (in full working condition), and after two months and several phone calls and missed appointments, my alarm system is still not functioning correctly after Chubb's failed and faulty installation.

No panic buttons are working (4 of them), still haven't received my lock box for keys which I have already paid for 2 months ago (R600), the security beam in the front garden does not cover the range promised, the "eye" in the garage and washing room not tripping the alarm, door sensors not activating alarm and the list continues...

I have made about 6 appointments with Mr. Dennis Munnik, which he ALL missed, where I took leave from work to be available once Mr. Munnik would hopefully pitch up. Finally junior consultants were sent to my premises and then informed me that Dennis told them to 'hang around for 10 minutes' and then to leave telling me that Dennis himself will have to come look at the faulty installation!!
