Last night at 23:15pm my alarm went on and got respond at 23:38pm by Citi Protection. 4 minutes later the ADT person on duty also came but for patrol not for response, he is the one who was working at my area but he was not told of my call for help. Sometime in May on a Saturday i was in church and there was no one at home and my brother received calls on my behalf and drove from The Orchrads (Pta North) to my house in Pta West and he got there b4 the response team. With the 1st incident i received a respond after an hour and this was sorted. But now i see it has become a habit. Ever since i use ADT i NEVER received a response in reasonable time. My monthly payment is very much up-to-date. Y shouldn't I seek service frm ur competitors? How many times r we going to solve the same matters over and over again?
