NETSTAR DOESNT VALUE ITS CLIENTS

To whom it may concern

Is our companies money not good enough, is that the reason why we are treated like.

I have been put from pillar to post and im sick and tired of the poor service please can we cancel the contract as i would like nothing to do with your company and its poor service. If u want to you can recover from centrack i cleared my diary for today believing they will come sort out the worst tracking system in the world all netstar does is drain our vehicles battery.

Monza at Centrac assured me we will be there by 9h00 on the 18th to check out vehicles and the manager will come himself - obviously NETSTAR does not value it clients
spoke to MIinah the manager will call u to explain - still nothing Netstar doesn't care
spoke to Adrian from Netstar 11h35 the person dealing with it will call u in the next hour - still nothing - SHOULD OF KNOWN NETSTAR DOESNT VALUE ITS CLIENTS

PLEASE CAN WE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT AND YOU CAN KEEP CENTRAC LIABLE FOR THE SETTLEMENT FIGURE - BECAUSE BETWEEN YOU TO COMPANIES WE ARE NOT VALUED CLIENTS OBVIOUSLY OUR MONEY IS NOT GOOD ENOUGH. CHECK YOUR SYSTEM AND ADVISE IF WE EVER MISSED A PAYMENT, SO BECAUSE WE PAY ON TIME U DONT GET GOOD S
