On saturday the 16th June, I got home from shopping and forgot to deactivate my alarm. My alarm then went off and only 5 mins later i received a call from the control room checking up to see if all was Okay, at this point i was furious and told the operator that i want to cancel my ADT account and refused to give him my password, he then dispatched a armed response officer to my residence he got there 12 mins later and i refused to give my password to the armed response officer as well. At this point i was expecting ADT to try and get the password from me somehow because i could of been an intruder putting up a front to somehow kill me and my family or rob me of my possessions, but ADT didn't try anything to see if my Family or I was safe at all. I just want this to be a eye opener to all ADT clients to see how ADT really operates and how you think you safe with ADT, but they just don't care.
