I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE AND SPOKE TO AN ANNOYING CHAP WHO SAID THAT IF YOU GET A NEW VEHICLE, NETSTAR WONT HAVE TO PHYSICALLY GET THE OLD UNIT AND RE-INSTALL IT IN MY NEW CAR - THEY WILL JUST INSTALL ANOTHER ONE IN MY CAR - I WAS CONFUSED AND ASKED - ARE YOU SURE?
