I have through the Standard Bank assisted sale program listed my property for the first time around November 2009 as a distressed sale and Seeff has the exclusive mandate from the bank on this property. Since the first listing I have again listed it another 3 times due to Seeff not knowing they should sell this!
Today (22 May 2013) at 14:00 I got yet another call from a Seeff agent stating she believes my property is in the market and if they could work on it. (4 Years Later!!! At R 100 000 per year interest growth on my bond not to say anything about the Levies and Rate & Taxes)
THANK YOU SEEFF!!! So far you guys cost me R600, 000 due to terrible service and administration.
