I have raised a query with them the 14th of January and made various calls started to communicate via e-mails since 7/2/2013, but up till today this has not been resolved or have they not come back to me. They even provided me with a query reference on 19/2/2013 via sms after I phoned them again and tried to have the matter resolved. Very poor service!!!
