5 Days ago a made a number of calls to the East London Hi-Fi Corp to honour a warranty (of which I bought the extended warranty as well) for a fridge that has broken after a year and 10 months. My first call, I was put through to a different department, at which I got their voicemail and left a message with my name and number. I called again as I really wanted to speak to someone and I informed them that there was a voicemail and asked if they could please not put me through to the same number, at which they transfered me to the same number... And I got the voicemail again. I called again and then they put me on hold for a few minutes, after this they said they could not find the person and proceeded to take my name and number and assure me that the person would call me back immediately. I am still waiting 5 days later for a phonecall.
