Account not being debited as agreeed

Hi

Early this year I joined Netstar, i signed a debit order authorization that states my account should be debited on the 25th of each month, next thing i know this month the Debit goes of on the 7th without anyone calling & explaining why this is happening. i just receive an sms on the 6th at night saying they'll debit my account tomorrow due to technical problems they had,
Now the Debit order return unpaid because i was not expecting anyone to debit my account,
Thanks to Netstar i now have a bad credit record due to returned debits & bank fees to pay, and their consultants are very RUDE

1st & Last time i deal with this Nestar
