To debit or NOT to debit, that is the question!

This company astounds me. Debit order date 25th of each month. For some reason and through no fault of mine, in May the debit did not go off and you did not notify me until today that due to a delay my debit order for May will now go off tomorrow. NO Netstar, it will not. How do you let people know 1 day before the debit will be going off? Its been 2 weeks since the debit was meant to go off (and I do not watch my bank statements like a hawk), however, dealing with you has made me realise I should. I have instructed my bank to stop the debit, should I be charged for returned debits, I will be holding you liable for those costs as well as the costs of my phonebill calling you and the bank during peak hours from my cell phone. You are in breach of contract and I will exercise my right to have this contract cancelled. I will not let this go, no matter what! May I add that in this is not the first time your company has messed up on a debit order of mine.
