Unacceptable Service-Device is still not activated

I would like to take this opportunity to voice my absolute disgust with the level of service I have received from Netstar. My device was initially fitted by Germiston. It was not working and then repaired by Germiston. The device broke again, after going to Germiston offices it was still not sorted. I then resorted to another fitment centre- I went to Midrand. They repaired the device. Thereafter 2 days later it broke again. I contacted Midrand who said I need to go back to the original fitment centre. I went to Germiston and they took the old device out and then replaced it. Since then I was not contacted (1 week) and it was not tested. It is still not working. To make matters worse I get called to say I raised a panic when the car was not even in motion and the remote doesn't work. I am totally frustrated with the level of Service I received from Germiston. They lack professionalism and the manager is just as confused as the team. She does not have any level of customer service and is arrogant. She did not resolve my problem. I want this device working in a week, else I want this taken out of my car, all payments refunded and I will go to Tracker. This device NEVER WORKED!!!
