VERY MUCH DISSPOINTED IN SERVICE

BEEN PAYING FOR ALOMOST 3 YEARS and tracker has done nothing for us..Tried to cancell serveral times but was told we had a contract and that was not possible
our battery was out of the car and usually we will get an sms or somrthing but nothing was sent.when we reportted this to tracker er were told the device which cozt almost R300 per month over alomost 3 years went into sleep mode and noone can explain why we didnt get any response
i was also promised that some one will come and look at th device and that was almost 2 weeks ago and up to dat nothing... i am still paying for this.than i am told after 10 minutes that they recover cars not batteries...
