Faulty alarm. Over charging

I have been battling to get the beam fixed for the last 6 months. It was setting the alarm up to 6 times a day which resulted in me being charged extra. Also now all of the sudden my monthly debit order has gone up. I have sent numerous emails to a Marietta Deetlefts and Anna-Marie Brits but I'm not getting any service from them. Please can someone just help resolve this issue???
