I had a security gate installed by Maxidor.due to poor instillation there was a huge gap on the one side.
I contacted the the call center, they had sent out the technical person who agreed with me, a plate was meant to be installed to correct the poor install.2 and a half weeks later, I'm still waiting. I contacted the sales consultant Rouan Pillai, who's attitude is "you need to do what you need to do" with out trying to help rectify or assist in any way. what is a 10 year guarantee when installation issues cannot be sorted out. The admin manager has cone to the rescue and will get a team to reinstall the gate, Thanks Terrie
